Claire joined Woolford & Co. in 1991, straight from college. Claire manages a portfolio of clients, producing year-end statutory accounts, management accounts and VAT returns. She is a member of the audit team, undertaking UK statutory audits where required by our clients and manages the company secretarial department; assisting our clients in all matters relating to good corporate governance, such as maintenance of statutory registers, resolutions and compliance with the Companies Acts.
