Peter is the Managing Partner of Woolford & Co. LLP. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, qualifying in 1978, and has worked at Woolford & Co. since 1988 as head of the UK division and a key adviser to the international department. He is responsible for the international business in the UK, coordinating teams of accountants, lawyers and IT professionals. Peter is a Board member for a number of different clients and specialises in assisting businesses seeking to invest and trade in the UK. His expertise include management consultancy and project development for clients.
Peter has enjoyed a distinguished career within the finance industry. He was Vice President and European Financial Controller of Security Pacific National Bank for ten years (at the time the sixth largest bank in the USA). During this period the Bank purchased Hoare Govett Stockbrokers, becoming the first moving "Big Bank", having taken advantage of the then deregulation of the stock broking industry in the UK.
