Joe is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified in 1973. He was a Partner with an international firm in the UK and practiced for three years in Kenya, before moving to a firm of Human Resources Consultants operating in the Middle East. On return to the UK Joe was appointed Partner at a City firm specialising in partnership organisations. His work there included acting for the largest UK firm of patent and trademark attorneys and having overall responsibility for the audit of an international partnership encompassing over 250 partners. Joe joined Woolford & Co. as a Partner in 2002, dealing with both UK and International client matters. Here he has been involved in such varied matters as the buying and selling of businesses, dispute resolution between business partners, incorporation of partnerships and all aspects of owning and running UK property as well as the usual accounting and taxation services. On the International side, Joe advises on a wide range of structures for wealth protection and family matters, as well as commercial positions.
